Plumber

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.

  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of various plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances.

  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate job assignments and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Provide accurate estimates and communicate pricing and work details to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Keep up-to-date with plumbing codes, regulations, and industry developments.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a service plumber, preferably with at least 5 years of experience.

  • Valid plumbing license or certification.

  • Driver's license and reasonably clean driving record

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.

  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Office Administrator & Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

🔹 Bookkeeping & Accounting Duties – Manage accounts receivable, essential banking duties, and some data entry and financial reporting.
🔹 Administrative & Office Support – Organize office operations, handle correspondence, and assist with business needs.
🔹 Scheduling & Coordination – Assist with job scheduling, customer service, and team communication.
🔹 Team Engagement & Leadership – Motivate and encourage field techs, celebrate employees & accomplishments,  boost morale, and create a positive team environment.
🔹 Process Improvement & Growth – Work alongside leadership to improve efficiency and office operations.

Requirements:
